This section introduces you to our team and the work we do in the local community.
The Team
The Transcendit team includes highly skilled individuals with vast experience of all the main types of hardware and software used in British business. We have various areas of expertise and technical excellence, enabling us to partner with some of the biggest names in IT such as Microsoft, Novell, McAfee and Oracle.
But what really makes us different is our honest approach. We will not “talk techie” and we will always be honest - about the time a project will take, about guaranteed fees, or about the scale of any problems you have. Our clients describe us as “nice to talk to”, “reliable” and “always professional”.
A good looking bunch, I’m sure you’ll agree! Click the mugshot for details of each team member.

Charity
|
Transcendit support various local charities. In particular, we are supporters of the Children's Heart Unit Fund (C.H.U.F.) at the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle. As well as providing some technical assistance and resources, Tom Tinsley has run the last three Great North Runs to raise funds for C.H.U.F. Tom is getting slower as he gets older, but C.H.U.F. don’t seem to mind. |
Sport and Sponsorship

Pictured above are the lads of Newburn Leisure Juniors that we have been
proud to sponsor from the age of 11. They have just completed their
last season of Junior Football in the Under 17 age group of the NABC league.
They have been consistently successful, rising from the 3rd to the 1st
Division and winning the NFA West Divisional Cup Winners in 2001 and the
NFA West Youth Division in 2004. ).
We now sponsor the lads of Newburn Blues who play in the NABC Under 15 league. They were formed last season and were winners of Division 5 and are currently heading for the top in Division 4 having made an excellent start to the new season! Below are some pictures of their 11 – 1 win against A.E Phoenix.
We also sponsor two 5-a-side teams one of which, New Albany, is pictured here. New Albany play twice-weekly at Gateshead Leisure Centre.

Transcendit ourselves have a 5-a-side team and we have played some friendly games against some of our customers. The photograph shows the team that entered a 5-a-side tournament for IT companies in the North East. We achieved a creditable quarter final place, where we were beaten by the eventual winners (who were in fact a "proper" 5-a-side team!)
