Dave formed Transcendit with Adam, Tom, Dick and Lee in September 2000. He is from, and lives in Low Fell, Gateshead. He has been working in IT since he left school in 1989. He has an HNC in Computer Studies and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Dave also has a whole host of other IT-related certifications that are too numerous to mention.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with his friends over a few beers. Dave likes to keep fit, and is into circuit and resistance training as well as squash. He says that he can't do anything particularly cool or interesting anymore because he is middle aged. However, he is enjoying learning bass guitar, something that was born from his mid-life crisis. He is also a season ticket holder for Newcastle United.
