If it wasn’t for Transcendit I would have lost my hair a lot quicker than what I did, they go above and beyond every time.  When other suppliers call to try and get our business I can’t help but laugh because I simply wouldn’t leave.

It was obvious that the lack of a computerised stock control system was frustrating the growth of the business. Staff were coming in at 7am, even as early as 5am, to get on top of stock control issues. We have a sales team of four - but one person was effectively tied up full-time on stock control. Now, information is at our finger-tips - and overnight we have got rid of unsociable working hours, saved vast amounts of time and energy, and effectively gained an extra salesperson without having to employ anyone else.
