Phone systems are moving quickly towards being IT integrated and therefore IT driven. We provide three different options for telephony systems which meet any size organisation and budget.

1. VoIPCortex telephone system
2. Mitel and Avaya telephone systems
3. Hosted Telephony using Voice over IP (VoIP)

1.VoIPCortex Telephone System

Our VoIPCortex phone systems provide an open and scalable solution without requiring additional license costs for adding new users or functionality.

The VoIPCortex telephone system you buy supports a maximum number of users with all the supported features. The advanced features that come as standard include:

Unified Communications
Instant Messaging, real-time presence and user status, Outlook contact import
Call and contact centre
Call and agent statistics, email alerting, call recording, supervisor call listening
Mobile twinning
Calls to your number/extension can automatically ring on your mobile
Call logging, recording and voicemail (with email notifications)
Advanced call handling
Multi-level night mode, hunt groups, hot desking, conferencing (for internal and external), music on hold, company directory
Fax to email (PDF)

A large range are supported and provide both onsite and remote access to the telephone system. They operate over the existing IT infrastructure. Handsets include:
  • Dedicated handsets
    Multiple manufacturer handsets with different features are supported to suit most telephony requirements.
  • Software phones (Softphones)
    People can install software on their computers for voice calls.

There are also models and configurations of the VoIPCortex systems that support the following:

High availability
Pairing of two identical devices. A failover offering to ensure mission critical communications are always available.
ISDN failover

Multiple call routes

A single VoIPCortex system can run separate, private and isolated configurations for different organisations or other purposes.
Quick swap out for existing PBXs
Very easy to deploy on existing networks. Always helps if you are in a hurry.

2. Mitel and Avaya Telephone Systems

Should you wish for an alternative to the VoIPCortex telephone system and either currently have or are looking to adopt a Mitel or Avaya telephone system, we can provide these also.

3. Hosted Telephony Using Voice over IP (VoIP)

This is an ideal option if you do not wish to adopt an onsite telephone system and if you have a small number of users and/or dispersed users. The monthly payment plan makes this a low-cost alternative.  Also, powerful user and call configuration is available using a web portal.

Please note this requires a stable and decent broadband service at your location.  As a sizing guideline, 100Kbps upload and download broadband bandwidth is required per concurrent phone call.

All you need to use this service is a VoIP handset (or softphone) and broadband connectivity. We can provide pricing for the physical handset devices.
