We’ll assign you an Account Manager and a Lead Engineer, both of whom will know your business inside out and will be familiar with your requirements.

Online Data Backup

We protect your data by backing up all of your files, documents and programs to an online server, so that you're prepared if the worst happens.

Service Usage Reports

We send you regular service usage reports, so that you know exactly how we're protecting your systems, and all about any progress that we're making.

We review all of your systems regularly to make sure they are all continually updated, and are meeting all of your business needs and requirements.

That's why we work hard to understand your business, and take the time to understand your current systems. We then discuss with you how we plan to solve any problems, monitor your systems and improve them where possible, now and into the future.

They will be backed up by the rest of the Transcendit team, who have high levels of expertise in a wide range of areas. As every person in our support team has spent years working in IT in various capacities, the combined knowledge of our team is exceptional.

The first time we work with a client, we do a full review of your current IT systems, and recommend any improvements. After that, we continue to work closely with you to make sure that everything runs as it should. Transcendit use advanced automated monitoring tools which notify out team of any changes, problems or potential problems.

If you want to raise an issue with us, you can contact us directly at any time. There will always be someone on hand to help straight away. If you need to talk to a specific member of our team and they're unavailable, they'll always get back to you within an hour. You can always contact us for any issue, whether it's about a problem or whether you just want some advice.

We use our own bespoke support management software, Prism, combined with a state of the art system monitoring tool that we install on your systems.

These programs allow our team to monitor your systems for potential problems, and record the information to ensure that your team and ours are always kept up to date.

We understand how frustrating it can be when things are late. When we schedule an appointment with you, we are there when you’re expecting us. If something prevents us from getting there, we always call you in advance to let you know.
Sometimes things can go wrong, but we never lie to you or try to cover something up. If things go askew we tell you what’s happened and how we plan to prevent it affecting your business.
We want you to continuously benefit from working with us. We regularly discuss your business and make suggestions for improving systems and processes wherever we can – but we never try to push you into a purchase.
When we quote a fixed price, that's always the amount we charge – you won’t find any nasty surprises on a bill from us. If you are paying by time and materials, we inform you if our approximations could change.
